OPERATIONAL TRAINING

Here at ADBS we teach broadcast operations and editing. So far we have taught sixty seven ITV journalists Avid Media Composer and Newscutter. We also train students and lecturers alike at our premises and at local universities.

MEDIA TRAINING

We team up with Roger Greenwood of Goodwood Productions (a very experienced journalist) to deliver bespoke media training.

Major businesses have entrusted us to inform and educate their managers to handle the media better. This could involve delivering bad news in a more palatable form whilst capitalising on the positive, or it could also mean becoming proficient at replying to direct questions and turning around a hostile interview experience.

The training is practical too; including performing to cameras, experiencing satellite delay, doing remote down-the-line interviews etc.
